Regulation 22 Amendment of regulation 40 of the Departure Direction RegulationsI1

In paragraphs (2) to (5) of regulation 40 of the Departure Direction Regulations (effect of a departure direction in respect of additional cases), after the words “shall be increased by” wherever they occur, there shall be inserted the words “the amount specified in that departure direction, being the whole or part of”.
