(1)

Regulation 3 of the Appeal Regulations (making an appeal or application and time limits) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

(2)

In paragraph (11A) the words “at the Central Office” shall be omitted.

(3)

In paragraph (11B)—

(a)

for the words “paragraph (9)” there shall be substituted the words “paragraphs (9) or (10)”;

(b)

for the words “in the Central Office” there shall be substituted the words “by the clerk to the tribunal”.
