Regulation 36 Amendment of regulation 8D of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure RegulationsI1

After paragraph (1) of regulation 8D of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations (miscellaneous provisions in relation to interim maintenance assessments) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(1A)

The reference in paragraph (1) to a maintenance assessment calculated in accordance with Part I of Schedule 1 to the Act shall include a maintenance assessment falling within regulation 30A(2).”.
