Regulation 54 Amendment of regulation 26 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases RegulationsI1

In head (ii) of sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (1) of regulation 26 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations (cases where child support maintenance is not to be payable), for “11(1)(c) or (f)” there shall be substituted “11(1)(f)”.
