Regulation 2 Amendment of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000

In regulation 1 of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000^f1 there shall be inserted after paragraph (2)—

“(2A)

Regulation 2(6)(b) and, for the purposes of that provision, this regulation, shall come into force on 31st May 2001.”.
