Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations shall come into force on 1st September 2009.

Paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 comes in to force on 19th October 2009.
