Section 9 Consequential amendment to the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs Act 2005

In section 18 of the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs Act 2005 (c. 11) (duty of confidentiality), in subsection (2), after paragraph (i) insert—

“(ia)

which is made to the Welsh Ministers, or to a person providing services to the Welsh Ministers, by virtue of regulations made under the Childcare Funding (Wales) Act 2019,”.
