Regulation 4 Applications for registration

Subject to paragraph (2), an application under section 62(1) of the Act for registration in Part B of the general childcare register^f1 as a childminder must include the information set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 about the matters listed in that Part of that Schedule.

Where the applicant is not providing childminding at the time he makes an application under section 62(1) of the Act, the information prescribed in paragraphs 4 to 7 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 is not required.

An application under section 63(1) of the Act for registration in Part B of the general childcare register in respect of premises must include the information set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 about the matters listed in that Part of that Schedule.
