Paragraph 39 I1
The amendment made to section 106(2)(a) of the M1Children and Young Persons Act 1933 by paragraph 26 of Schedule 5 to the Child Care Act 1980 shall continue to have effect regardless of the repeal of the Act of 1980 by this Act.
