Schedule 6 shall have effect with respect to F2private children’s homes.

(12)

Schedule 7 shall have effect for the purpose of setting out the circumstances in which a person may foster more than three children F3without being treated—

(a)

F4for the purposes of this Act and the Care Standards Act 2000, as carrying on a children’s home F5; and

(b)

for the purposes of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, as providing a care home service within the meaning of Part 1 of that Act.
