Paragraph 30 I1

In section 126 of the National Health Service Act 2006, for subsection (4A) substitute—

“(4A)

Subsection (4)(h) does not apply to persons in so far as they are registered as social care workers in England (within the meaning of section 60 of the Health Act 1999).”
