The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 37(4) and (5) of the Children and Young Person Act 1963f1 hereby makes the following Regulations:

1963.c.37. Section 37 was amended by the Children (Protection at Work) Regulations 1998 (S.I.1998/276). In relation to Wales, the powers have been transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by article 2 of the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 (S.I.1999/672).
