Regulation 1 Title, commencement, interpretation and application

The title of these Regulations is the Children (Performances) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2007, and they come into force on 2 April 2007.

In these Regulations, “the 1968 Regulations” means the Children (Performances) Regulations 1968f1.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
