In section 21 (variation of order under section 18 so as to substitute one adoption agency for another)—

(a)

in subsection (1)—

(i)

for the words “rights and duties” substitute “ responsibilities and parental rights ”; and

(ii)

for the words “in which they are vested under” substitute “ to which they are transferred by virtue of ”; and

(b)

in subsection (3)—

(i)

for the words “rights and duties” substitute “ responsibilities and parental rights ”; and

(ii)

for the words “vested in” substitute “ been transferred to ”.
