In section 15 (adoption by one person)—
in subsection (1), the words from “subject” to “certain cases)” shall cease to have effect; and
in subsection (2), after paragraph (b) add—
“, or
(c)he was habitually resident in any of the places mentioned in paragraph (a) above throughout the period of one year which ends with the date of his application”.
