Paragraph 8 of Schedule 2 (ecclesiastical landlords) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (2), for “the Endowments and Glebe Measure 1976” substitute “ Part 2 of the Church Property Measure 2018 ”.

For sub-paragraph (5) substitute—

In this paragraph—

• “diocesan board of finance” has the same meaning as “DBF” in the Church Property Measure 2018;

• “diocesan glebe land” has the same meaning as in that Measure.”
