at the end insert—

modifying the conditions of a licence granted under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Civil Aviation Act 2012”.

In subsection (4)—

(a)

omit paragraph (b), and

(b)

at the end insert—

“(s)
in relation to a licence granted under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Civil Aviation Act 2012, the duties of the Civil Aviation Authority under section 1 of that Act”.
