The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 99(1) of the Supreme Court Act 1981^f1; by section 29(1) of the Administration of Justice Act 1982^f2; by section 33(1) of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984^f3; by sections 2(1) and 26 of the County Courts Act 1984^f4; by sections 117(4) and 374 of the Insolvency Act 1986^f5; and by section 67(1) and (2) of the Race Relations Act 1976^f6, hereby makes the following Order:—
