Article 4 Transitional provisions in relation to Admiralty proceedings

Article 5 of the Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1999^f1 shall continue to have effect, subject to paragraph (2) of this article.

Whitehaven County Court shall have jurisdiction in respect of Admiralty proceedings which were commenced in or transferred to Workington County Court before 26th April 1999, and are in existence in Workington County Court immediately before this paragraph comes into force.
