Section 12 Adjustments in respect of parts of years.
Where any of the yearly payments mentioned in this ActF1... fall to be made in respect only of part of a year, such adjustments of and in relation to those payments F2... shall be made as may in the circumstances of the case appear to the Treasury to be required.
