Paragraph 30
Northern Ireland
If the court has made an order for the making of periodical payments under F1Part 1, 2 or 3, it may, on an application made under this Part—
vary or revoke the order,
suspend any provision of it temporarily, or
revive any provision so suspended.
If the court has made an order under Part 4, it may, on an application made under this Part—
vary or revoke the order,
suspend any provision of it temporarily, or
revive any provision so suspended,
except that it may not by virtue of this sub-paragraph extend the period for which the order is in force.
