Amend Article 39 (appeals) as follows.

At the end of paragraph (2)(b) insert

“or

(c)

where the county court is a civil partnership proceedings county court exercising jurisdiction under the Civil Partnership Act 2004.”

At the end of paragraph (6) insert “ or a civil partnership proceedings county court exercising jurisdiction under the Civil Partnership Act 2004 in the same proceedings ”.
