Amend Article 7 (restriction on registration where spouse entitled to more than one matrimonial charge) as follows.

In paragraphs (1), (2) and (3), after “spouse” (in each place) insert “ or civil partner ”.

In paragraphs (1), (2), (3) and (4), after “matrimonial” (in each place) insert “ or civil partnership ”.

In paragraph (3), for “matrimonial home rights” substitute “ home rights ”.

In the heading to Article 7, after “matrimonial” insert “ or civil partnership ”.
