Amend section 1 (restriction on publication of reports of judicial proceedings) as follows.

In subsection (1)(b), for “or for restitution of conjugal rights” substitute “ or for the dissolution or annulment of a civil partnership or for the separation of civil partners ”.

Omit subsection (5).
