In subsection (1)—
(a)
after “either party to the marriage” insert “ and in an action for dissolution of a civil partnership, either partner ”, and
(b)
in each of paragraphs (a) to (c), for “marriage” substitute “ action ”.
(3)
In subsection (5), after “marriage” insert “ or the partners in a civil partnership ”.
