(b)
in sub-paragraph (b), for “husband and wife except that the persons are of the same sex” substitute “ civil partners ”.

In paragraph 15—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (a), for “(or former spouse)” substitute “ or civil partner (or former spouse or former civil partner) ”, and
(b)
in sub-paragraph (b), for “husband and wife except that the persons are of the same sex” substitute “ civil partners ”.
