In paragraph (1)(c), after “matrimonial jurisdiction” insert “ or by the High Court or a civil partnership proceedings county court in the exercise of its civil partnership jurisdiction ”.

In paragraph (2)(a)(ii), after “matrimonial” insert “ or civil partnership ”.
