After the definition of “board of directors” insert—
““civil partner” includes former civil partner;”.

In the definition of “member of the family”—
(a)
in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”, and
(b)
in paragraph (ii), for “a child born in wedlock” substitute “ the legitimate child of the relationship in question ”.
