For “husband or wife” (in each place) substitute “ spouse or civil partner ”.

In section 5, after “matrimonial” insert “ or civil partnership ”.

In the heading of each—
(a)
after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”, and
(b)
after “matrimonial” insert “ or civil partnership ”.
