Rule 10 Amendment of Part 12

(1)

In rule 12.3(3)(b), before paragraphs (i) and (ii), insert “(c)” (so that paragraphs (i) and (ii) are now part of sub-paragraph (c)).

In rule 12.7(1)(b), for “Supreme Court Act 1981” substitute “Senior Courts Act 1981”^f1.

In rule 12.11(a), in subparagraphs (i) and (ii), for “claim” substitute “a claim”.

(4)

In rule 12.12(8)(c), for “(5)(b)” substitute “(8)(b)”.
