(1)

In rule 28.7(1)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;

(b)

at the end of sub-paragraph (c), for the full stop substitute “; and”;

(c)

after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“(d)

whether to order or encourage the parties to engage in alternative dispute resolution.”; and

(d)

omit the first set of words in parentheses after paragraph (1).

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

at the end of sub-paragraph (d), omit “and”;

(ii)

at the end of sub-paragraph (e), for the full stop substitute “; and”; and

(iii)

after sub-paragraph (e) insert—
