In rule 2.3(1)—
(a)
at the end of the definition of “summary judgment”, for the full stop substitute a semi-colon; and
(b)
after the definition of “summary judgment” insert—
““tape recorded” includes (as do references to tape recording and tape recorders) recording by the use or means of any other instrument or device.”.
