These Rules come into force as follows—

(a)

Rules 1 to 3 and 17 of these Rules come into force on 9th January 2015;

(b)

Rules 4, 13 and 14 of these Rules come into force on 11th January 2015;

(c)

Rules 5 to 12, 15, 16 and 18 of these Rules, and Schedules 1 and 2 to these Rules, come into force on 6th April 2015.
