Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No.2) Rules 2010.

Except as provided in paragraph (3), these Rules come into force on 1st October 2010.
(3)
Rules 3, 6 and 9 of and Schedule 3 to these Rules come into force on the date on which Part 4 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009f1 comes into force.
