Article 7 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

(1)

In rule 17.4, in paragraph (1)(b)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (ii), insert “or”; and

(b)

for sub-paragraphs (iii) and (iv), substitute—

“(iii)

any other enactment which allows such an amendment, or under which such an amendment is allowed.”.

(2)

After rule 17.4, in the cross-reference, for “Rule 19.4” substitute “Rule 19.5”.
