Article 8 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

In rule 19.5, in paragraph (1)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “or”; and

(b)

for sub-paragraphs (c) and (d), substitute—

“(c)

any other enactment which allows such a change, or under which such a change is allowed.”.
