Article 23 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

In Part 57—

(a)

for the title, substitute “PROBATE AND INHERITANCE”;

(b)

at the end of the list of contents, insert the text as set out in Part I of Schedule 4 to these Rules;

(c)

in rule 57.1, in paragraph (1)—

(i)

at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;

(ii)

after sub-paragraph (c), insert—

“; and

(d)

claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975^f1”;

and
1. (d)
  
  at the end, insert Section IV (Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975) as set out in Part II of Schedule 4 to these Rules.
