In rule 25.1, in paragraph (1)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (m) omit “and”; and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (n) insert—

  • “;

    1. (o)

      an order directing any account to be taken or inquiry to be made by the court”.
