In rule 42.1—
(a)
before “Where the address”, insert “(1)”;
(b)
for “his” substitute “that party’s”; and
(c)
after what will be paragraph (1), insert—
“(2)For the purposes of this Part, “solicitor” has the meaning set out in rule 6.2(d).”.
