for paragraph (3) substitute—

“(3)

In the County Court, a court may direct that another County Court hearing centre is to be the appropriate office.”; and

in the words in parentheses which follow rule 47.4, for “any county court to transfer the proceedings to another county court” substitute “the transfer within the County Court of proceedings”.
