In rule 63.13, in subparagraph (c), for “county court” substitute “County Court hearing centre”;
(b)
in rule 63.14, in paragraph (2)—
(i)
for subparagraph (a) substitute—
“(a)on a party who has registered the right at the address for service given for that right in the appropriate register at—
(i)the United Kingdom Patent Office; or
(ii)the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market,
provided the address is within the United Kingdom; or”; and
(ii)
in subparagraph (b), omit “6.32(1)”; and
(c)
in rule 63.19, in paragraph (1A), for “circuit judge” substitute “Circuit Judge”.
