in rule 73.3, in subparagraph (2)—
(i)
after “issued in the court” insert “or County Court hearing centre”; and
(ii)
in subparagraph (e), for the words from “Northampton” to “designated money claim”, substitute “the County Court Money Claims Centre”; and
(b)
in rule 73.10, in the words in parentheses which follow paragraph (2), for “county court’s” substitute “County Court’s”.
