Rule 3 Amendment of Part 2
(1)
In rule 2.1—
(a)
in paragraph (1), after “to paragraph (2)” insert “and (4)”; and
(b)
after paragraph (3) insert—
“(4)Where proceedings are governed by Online Procedure Rules, these Rules do not apply to those proceedings except as provided by—
(a)the Online Procedure Rules;
(b)practice directions under paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022f1; or
(c)regulations under section 21(1)(b) of that Act.”.
(2)
In rule 2.3, after the definition of “MyHMCTS” insert—
““Online Procedure Rules” means the rules made under Chapter 2 of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022;”.
