Where a claim relating to—

(a)

Community registered designs;

(b)

Community plant variety rights; or

(c)

Community trade marks,

is issued before F1IP completion day but has not been determined by IP completion day, Part 63 continues to apply on and after IP completion day in relation to the proceedings on the claim as if the amendments to that Part made by these Regulations had not been made.
