Rule 25.11 Injunctions against third partiesF1
(1)
The following provisions apply to orders which will affect a person, other than the applicant or respondent, who is served with the order but did not attend the hearing at which the order was made.
(2)
Where such a person requests—
(a)
a copy of any material provided to the judge, including material prepared after the hearing at the direction of the judge or in compliance with the order; or
(b)
a note of the hearing,
the applicant or their legal representative must comply with the request forthwith, unless the court orders otherwise.
