In this Section—

(a)

“the 1975 Act” means the Evidence (Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions) Act 1975 F4; and

(b)

F5“the Hague Evidence Convention” means the Hague Convention of 18 March 1970 on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters
