Rule 45.61 Disbursements – Section VIIIF1

(1)

Subject to F2rule 45.15A, in a claim to which Section VIII applies, F3the court may allow a claim for a disbursement of a type mentioned in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) —

(a)

the fees for the intended trial advocate for any step reasonably undertaken where both the use of that advocate and the cost are justified; and

(b)

any other disbursement which has been reasonably incurred.
