Rule 75.5A Review of decision of court officerF1F2
Any party may request any decision of a court officer to be reviewed by a F3District Judge.
Such a request must be made within 14 days of service of the decision.
Where a court officer has made an order on an application for a longer period to file a statutory declaration or witness statement, a request for a review under paragraph (1) shall be determined without a hearing unless the court otherwise directs.
