Rule 77.21 Applications for non-disclosureF1
Any application under section 6(2) of the Justice and Security Act 2013 (“the 2013 Act”) or rule 77.23 must be made—
when the claimant files material under rule 77.19(2); or
if they have filed their material under rule 77.19(2), when the claimant files any additional material in respect of which they wish to make an application.
