The following rules do not apply to appeals to the Court of Appeal—

the provisions of rules 80.9 and 80.11 shall apply with appropriate modifications.

Rule 52.2 (all parties to comply with F5Practice Directions 52A to 52E) apply, but the parties shall not be required to comply with F6paragraphs 6.3 to 6.6 of Practice Direction 52B and paragraph 28 of Practice Direction 52C.
